INNOVATOR

Peter Tracey is an inventor and innovator who believes in the Socrates principle that “The Unexamined Life is not worth Living”. He was born in Norwich and educated at Radley College and the Norwich City Technical College. After three years living in Australia he returned to England and joined Herga Electric Ltd in his twenties. When he came to lead the company he applied his innovative mind to new products, new markets and new methods of management. He eventually gave away his majority shareholding to create an employee owned partnership company.
